Conditions for Returns: For goods to be eligible for a return, the following return conditions must be met.

• Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
• Furniture must be in its original condition.
• The product must not have been damaged, altered or misused.
• Products should be returned with their original packaging where applicable.
• Custom-made or specially manufactured furniture may be subject to different return conditions.
• Refunds are subject to Little Lots Furniture’s applicable return policy and inspection of the goods.
• New furniture refunds are subject to a 20% handling/restocking fee, where applicable.
• Second-hand furniture refunds are subject to a 15% handling/restocking fee, where applicable.
