The manufacturing process of steel lockers.

Selection of materials: we choose high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets. To ensure the steels’ quality, it is tested for strength and agility before it moves on to the next stage.
Precision cutting: based on the design, the steel plate will be cut into different sizes. We use high-precision laser cutting machines to make sure the sizes are accurate and to avoid human error and wastage of materials. This is the beginning of the steel lockers’ life cycle.

  • Locker includes a top shelf with hanging rail, ventilation louvres and hasp and staple for padlock facility (No padlock supplied).
  • Standard powder coated colours are Ivory Karoo and Hammertone Grey.
  • Delivery is arranged anywhere in South Africa only.
  • 1800mm(H) x 300mm(W) x 450(D) top shelf (opening 255mm(H) x 230mm(W) x 420mm(D) & hangrail below & Hasp & Staple for padlock facility.
