Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions of this policy.
Original Condition
To qualify for a return or refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please retain your original receipt or other proof of purchase when requesting a return, refund or exchange.
When Can Furniture Be Returned?
Little Lots Furniture products may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Cancelled Orders After Delivery
Refunds for cancelled orders after delivery will be considered only where the product is returned in its original, undamaged condition and with all original packaging.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Some Little Lots Furniture products are custom-made or manufactured to order according to specific customer preferences and requirements.
Because these products are created specifically for the customer, made-to-order and custom products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Defective or Incorrect Custom Products
If a made-to-order item is found to be defective, or if there is an error on our part regarding the agreed product specifications, CASA will take responsibility for rectifying or replacing the item at no additional cost to the customer.
- Custom products are manufactured according to agreed specifications.
- Made-to-order products cannot normally be returned for a change of preference.
- Defective products can be raised with our team for assessment.
- Incorrect specifications caused by our error will be addressed by CASA.
