What Are Your Lead Times?

Stock items such as standard office chairs and desks ship within 3–5 working days with Gauteng delivery and installation. Custom or manufactured items take 3–4 weeks, extending up to 6 weeks for special fabrics or colours. Nationwide orders add 1–2 transit days.

Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa, with priority service in Gauteng including Pretoria and Johannesburg. Installation in Gauteng starts from R600 ex VAT. Remote areas may incur surcharges, confirmed in your quote.

Do You Handle Bulk or Project Deliveries?

Yes, we specialise in phased office rollouts including bulk chair and desk installations. Discounts range from 5% for smaller orders up to 25% for 30+ items. We also offer CAD layouts, storage options, and coordinated logistics.

What Is the Warranty Period?

Most products include a standard 5-year factory warranty, with up to 12 years on premium frames. The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as mechanism failures or peeling. Claims require proof of purchase and can be submitted via email with photos.

What Is Your Returns Process?

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unavailable or damaged items. Cancellations before dispatch incur a 15% administration fee. A Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) must be obtained before shipping items back. Returned products are inspected upon receipt.
