Step 2: Package Your Item

  • Ensure the product is in its original condition
  • Use original packaging materials
  • Include all components, manuals, and accessories
  • Clearly mark the Returns Code on the outside of the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Use a secure delivery method that provides tracking
  • Ensure delivery service requires signature upon receipt
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • Our team will inspect returned items within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be processed to original payment method
  • Processing time: 14-21 days after inspection

Resolution Options

For items confirmed to have manufacturing defects or shipping damage:

  • Option 2: Complete product replacement
  • Option 3: Full refund with waived handling fee
